1. Required Weekly Test (RWT):

Weather Response eXpedition’s EAS unit will originate Required Weekly Test (RWT) alerts on Sundays between 00:00 and 23:59 EST. These tests will be broadcasted to ensure the functionality of the system and to maintain readiness.
 

2. Required Monthly Test (RMT):

Weather Response eXpedition’s office will conduct a self-originated Required Monthly Test (RMT) on the 3rd of every month. While NYC's EAS plan and monthly test schedule are not publicly available, it is important to note that NYC typically originates their monthly tests at the start of each month, and these tests will be relayed if possible.
 

3. Monitoring Information:

The following stations are continuously monitored at the Weather Response eXpedition office for emergency alerts:

• Monitor Channel 1: NOAA KOKX / NWS KWO35 - 162.550 MHz

• Monitor Channel 2: WQHT Hot 97.1 FM

• Monitor Channel 3: WLTW Lite 106.7 FM

• CAP (Common Alerting Protocol): Activated and relayed.
   

4. SAGE DIGITAL ENDEC Video Streaming Setup:

• SAGE DIGITAL ENDEC Serial → Chyron Codi → Capture Card → Streaming Service

• SAGE DIGITAL ENDEC Audio Output → Audio Capture Card → Virtual Input/Output Software → Streaming Service
   

5. DASDEC/SAGE DIGITAL ENDEC Audio Streaming Setup:

• DASDEC Audio Output → SAGE DIGITAL ENDEC → Audio Capture Card → Virtual Input/Output Software → Streaming Service → ICE CAST → YOUTUBE LIVE STREAM

This system ensures that all emergency alerts are properly monitored, relayed, and made accessible for broadcast across Weather Response eXpedition’s platforms.
